Every city I go to I try a ramen place, and when a new one pops up in town I try it and at this point... no ramen I've tried in LA county has satisfied me more than Masa's vegetarian ramen. Don't get me wrong I've had good ramen lots of places, but truly nothing compares for me . Makes me see hearts

As a Japanese-American who has lived in Japan and frequent Japan to visit family, I can FINALLY say I found a ramen-ya san (ramen restaurant) in LA area that I actually love and TASTES JUST LIKE JAPAN. THE RAMEN: From upon the ramen being put in front of me, I immediately smell the broth and KNEW, this is it!! Tasting it confirmed what I smelt. Noodles, are actual legit ramen noodles. Not cheap cup noodle noodles that some ramen restaurants try to pass for (yet some customers still think it's good-clearly not actual ramen folk who know better). The meat/tonkatsu, was DELICIOUS and pan cooked before added to the bowl just the way I like. QUALITY. TASTE. TEXTURES. BROTH. NOODLES. even the added egg, chopped veggies, EVERYTHING WAS AUTHENTIC AND DELICIOUS. They are Japanese staffed and so was able to order my food in Japanese which was nice as well. THE RESTAURANT: Is small and quaint. If going during lunch hour or during cold winter season, expect a wait BUT IT'S WORTH IT. THE STAFF: Work very hard, friendly, and know what they're doing. Again, give them some grace when it's busy--know ahead of time. I promise you the ramen is worth it still. Lots of folks order ahead for pick up too so this is an alternative if you choose. I am coming back!

Ramen, ramen ~ I like ramen in winter, make me feel much warmer~ it's a small but highly recommended place. I still remember my first ramen here was 8 years ago~ once I travel to the town, I always take ramen during weekend. It makes me wake up as coffee does~

I came in on a Wednesday around noon and it was packed. This was my first time here and I ate at the bar. I got the spicy mabo ramen and it was delicious. It's crazy to eat hot noodles on a hot day but it hit the spot and I was not disappointed. I will be back if I'm in the area and will try out another ramen bowl for fun.

Food was extremely delicious ! We came with our baby, and we had never been out to eat with him before. The lady helped us set him on the little chair, very sweet of her because it wasn't necessary for her to help us. I ordered the Spicy Niku Miso Ramen, it comes with a lot of veggies (yum) and beef. It was very good, I enjoyed every bite, sip and slurp lol. I had also ordered a diet soda, and then she informed us that for $2 more on top of the price of the ramen we could get a drink and a small bowl. Our total came out to about $40 after taxes. We thought it was a great deal! We hope to go again soon. Just a little heads up, it is rather small inside. But it was still comfortable!

Curry ramen always hits the spot on a chilly night . I also can't pass up their gyoza they are so tasty. Inside has quite a few people so I am glad I got take out. They package the takeout so well.

I was craving some good authentic food where I did not have to drive out of SCV and wanted to support a mom and pop store. I ordered their beef bowl and cold tofu appetizer and I loved it. The beef gyudon tasted like what I had in Japan. Restaurant is quite small with no restrooms, but food is delicious. Please support them as they are going through rough times. They had to stop DoorDash because it was taking 40% of the cost and then they had a break in . Service was superb.

My favorite place for their magical fried rice!! I've been coming here for YEARS and they never disappoint! I live in the SFV but I drive up to Santa Clarita just for Masa Ramens perfect fried rice, no place makes it as good as this place and i'm a huge fried rice fan. I went in yesterday to treat myself & sat in a smaller table. I don't usually dine in when I get food here but yesterday I did notice there is no restroom (good thing i didn't have to go lol but I did want to wash my hands). I ordered fried rice with teriyaki chicken on top, it was amazing as always. 1 & honestly ONLY complaint I actually have is that this place is closed on Sundays AND Tuesdays.. like WHY??? But thank you for making such delicious savoring fried rice!
